What is your return policy?

• Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your package for a refund, store credit, or exchange! Some exclusions apply - please be aware of the return stipulation associated with special sales and discount codes offered before purchasing. Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 30th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 30th day. 

• All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. 

• No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.

• All final sale items, accessories, vintage, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.

• We inspect all returns upon receipt! If it is clear your item(s) been worn, damaged, altered, tags removed, or if a final sale item is sent back, that item(s) will be returned to you.

Orders placed via TikTok cannot be processed through our return portal. Please go directly through your order on TikTok to process a return!

What items are nonrefundable and final sale?

• Jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, vintage and intimates

• Items under the “sale” section of our site

• Some discount codes and special sale collections

• Gift Cards

Why is my item not eligible for return?

All final sale items, accessories, bodysuits & intimates are not eligible to be returned. All orders purchased exceeding the 30 day return period are not eligible for return.

Please note: certain sale collections and discount codes are final sale! Please be aware of this before purchasing from one of our sales or before using a special discount code.

How do exchanges work?

Exchanges are limited to exchange the same item in a different size if available! If you would like to receive a completely different item in place of the one you are returning, you must return and then repurchase that new item.

Your new order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours once your return has been dropped off and scanned by the carrier! The quicker you send back your return, the quicker you will receive your new package.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process the return, the refund can take up to 7-10 business days to show on your statement! If you chose to be refunded in the form of store credit, the credit will be issued to your email as soon as your return is processed.

SHIPPING

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer 1-2 business day shipping. Any order placed after 3pm EST using expedited shipping will be shipped out the following business day. Please note, all shipping timeframes are based on business days. This includes standard shipping, priority shipping, express shipping, and international shipping.

How long does it take for my item to be shipped?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. If you want to ensure your order gets shipped out within 24 business hours of placing your order, please be sure to purchase Priority Shipping! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. We ship out packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We DO NOT ship out packages on weekends!

Do you ship outside of the U.S?

At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S!

My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

Sometimes the status of delivery will update a bit prematurely. In the meantime, please check with your family members, neighbor or roommate to make sure they didn’t receive your package. Often when a customer can’t find a package it’s usually because someone else brought it in or a neighbor accidentally received it. If that is not the case you can email us at eluuboutique@gmail.com!

When you do send us an email regarding a package not being delivered, we will confirm your address with you, as well as ask you to to file a claim with the mail service.

Please note: We will always do our best to assist you when there is a missing package however, after the package has shipped it is in the hands of UPS or USPS to deliver it to you as we do not have any control over the mail service. Any order that is lost and was placed without the added shipping insurance, does not qualify for a replacement.

How does sizing run?

Sizing is standard unless otherwise stated in the product description. For your convenience, we're working on adding measurement info to every product.

Do you have gift cards?

At the moment we do not!

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders that are $75 or more.  

Please note, all shipping timeframes are based on business days.This includes standard shipping, priority shipping, express shipping, and international shipping.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order or want to change something (i.e., different size, change/fix the address, etc.), please send an email to shopeluuinfo@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will do our best to honor your request. 

Please note: if you order Priority or Expedited Shipping, we cannot guarantee a change can be made to your order as we ship these out same day to honor the shipping request! 

Note: we cannot add an item to an already fulfilled order.

What do I do if I receive an item that is damaged?

If you receive an item that is damaged in any way, please email eluuboutique@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo so our team can see what you are referring to!

Please note: an email must be sent within 14 days of receiving your item.
