Shipping policy

 

All orders with Standard Flat Rate shipping are charged a flat rate of $5.99. Free Shipping is available for Orders Over $100 after discounts. 

Allow 1-3 business days for processing. Free Shipping on orders over $100 ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping. 

PRIORITY MAIL

You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for up to $15.00. These packages are processed the same day if order is placed before 12:00 PM PST. These packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed. 

UPS

You may upgrade to various UPS shipping options. Rates are calculated live using our discounted rates. These orders are processed the next business day. Delivery times are not guaranteed. 
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
UPS Ground can take 5-7 business days for delivery. 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouses within a few business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
